Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch and selected carriers are subject to change. Geordie Campbell is not responsible for any potential delays due to importing and customs.

 

RETURNS POLICY

You may return items sold from geordiecampbell.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

Upon receiving your return, it will be reviewed for quality. Please allow up to 7 days for this process to be completed. Once the items pass inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, this is also subject to your bank's processing time.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Whenever possible, we will offer an exchange if a replacement is available, or arrange for repairs on faulty items. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced with the same one, we will provide a full refund and organise the return of the faulty item.
